Yelena Popova has been appointed to develop a wall commission for North West Cambridge Development’s newly designed Health Centre. Designed by Mole Architects, the building will be enhanced by an integrated artwork aiming to improve patient experience.
Popova’s practice encompasses painting, video and installation, and her work is characterised by her interest in the concept of balance, whether in politics, representation, or in our relationship with machines. Yelena is also working on a major building based commission for our public art programme at Television Centre in London.
