Biography
David Landess (b. Middlesbrough, UK) initially worked in heavy industry as a fabricator welder. He studied design in Middlesbrough; Product Design at Nottingham and graduated with a masters degree from the Royal College of Art, London (1998). Eric and Jean Cass purchased his W:HOLE Chair (1998) and it was presented to the Shipley Art Gallery, Gateshead through the Contemporary Art Society in 2014.
