Biography
Gill Levin FRSA (b. Hampton Middlesex, UK 1935) attended Chelsea School of Art (1951-56). She worked at the Design Centre, Haymarket, Londlon and was a member of the FHK Henrion group of designers but began making her own silver jewellery as well as painting. In the 1970s, Levin studied ceramics and ran a shop in Putney, London, selling her paintings and pots. She moved to Norfolk in 1981. She painted 17 murals of jazz musicians in Boswell’s Restaurant, Tombland, Norwich during the 1990s.
