Biography
Kenneth Maciver Morrison (b. Claygate, Surrey, UK 1868 - d. 1936) was a Lieutenant in the Scotch Militia (1891) but also is recorded as having exhibited at the Royal Academy in London in 1900 and 1903, giving the addresses of a studio at 55 Glebe Place, Chelsea and 14 Southwell Gardens, Gloucester Road, London SW. Morrison exhibited alongside Matisse, Cezanne and Rodin at the Salon d'Automne, Paris in 1907 and with Roger Fry, Jean Marchand, Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant as well as Othon Friesz and Matisse again in New York in 1922. He joined The London Group in 1914, exhibiting with them frequently and at the landmark Kunstverein in Hamburg in 1927.
