Biography
Lilian Harmston was the secretary at St George's Gallery and later the executrix of its Director Arthur Howell (1881–1956) who according to his wishes gifted three drawings by Étienne Ret to the Contemporary Art Society which were donated to Doncaster Art Gallery.
