Manijeh Yadegar (1951 - 2016)

Biography

Manijeh Tadegar (b. Isfahan, Iran 1951  - d. 2016) moved to London in 1964. She studied Interior Design, University of North London (1975); Chelsea School of Art (1976-77); Camberwell School of Art (1977-80). She was Artist in Residence Chretzerturm, Stein am Rhein, Switzerland (2001). She was  married to the sculptor Nigel Hall, RA (b. 1943) with whom she worked collaboratively for over 40 years. An exhibition of their work was held at the Zuleika Gallery, Oxford June-July 2021.
