Portrait of Muirhead Bone at his drawing board; half-length, wearing a waistcoat and shirt with sleeves rolled up, looking to front, a pencil or pen in his right hand, a bookcase and fireplace behind. 1931 Drypoint. Lettered on the plate with "Dodd 1931" and inscribed in pencil below the margin with "Francis Dodd / Muirhead Bone / 28 / for Mr C Dodgson".
