Caroline Douglas, Director, Contemporary Art Society, said: We extend a very warm welcome to our incoming Chair of Trustees. The charity has achieved a great deal in the last four years, and with Marco’s experience and passionate belief in our mission, I believe we can build on these achievements and set our sights on even more ambitious support of this country’s museums. I look forward to introducing Marco to everyone in 2018. Marco Compagnoni said: This is a great honour to have been asked to succeed Christopher Jonas as Chair of the Contemporary Art Society. The Contemporary Art Society is at an exciting moment in its distinguished history and I look forward to working with Caroline and her team, and with my fellow Trustees to see it achieve even greater things in the future.
