Biography
VEDA was established as a contemporary art gallery in Florence, Italy in 2017. It currently represents nine artists offering a platform for their work and fostering their growth : Jonathan Berger, Marius Engh, Emily Jones, Eva Löfdahl, Monique Mouton, Amitai Romm, Aviva Silverman, Dominique White and Damon Zucconi. VEDA started its activity as a project space in May 2016. The project founding proposition was to give invited artists the opportunity to confront their artistic practice within the architecture of the space, challenging them to overcome its intrinsic conditions. It operates with the aim of developing connections, collaborations and new ideas with artists and curators.
