Biography
Engelbert Lap (b. Graz, Austria 1886 – d. Innsbruck, Austria 1970) attended military school and served in the Austrian army until 1923. His first pictures were watercolours but he also made coloured woodcuts, in the Japanese manner, using the Tyrolean landscape as his motifs.
