Biography
Tom Bendhem (né Thomas Bendheim; b. Berlin, Germany 1928 - d. London, UK 2002), art collector and philanthropist, was a Contemporary Art Society Committee Member (1984-1992) and its designated buyer in 1988. He left over 100 works of art to the Contemporary Art Society which were donated to public museums throughout the UK.
