Biography
Bianca Roden runs Xenia Creative Retreat, a residency programme that hosts artists in North Hampshire. Having been a trustee of Horatio’s Garden for the last 8 years, Bianca is also currently a trustee of the UK board of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra Foundation (IPO).
Bianca studied speech sciences at UCL, qualifying as a speech and language therapist. She worked in this field on and off through raising 4 children and developed an interest in art and collecting as the children grew up. With husband Stuart, she initially collected historical artworks but has since become passionate about supporting living artists. She became a patron of the Contemporary Art Society in 2015 and a trustee in 2021 as well as being a patron of the Royal Academy, ArtAngel and Outset.
