An abstract painting; swathes of grey, lilac and blue, with a confluence of lines in the central region, which suggest a figure or group of figures (as per the reference in the title to the Greek myth of Laocoön and his two sons who were attacked by giant serpents, which is the subject of a famed marble sculpture in the Vatican).
