Bottle, iron slip covered stoneware with slip-trailed decoration under a clear glaze; made by Hamada Shoji, Japan (Mashiko), about 1935. Vase of stoneware, pear-shaped with narrow neck and broad high foot. Decorated with stylised plants and characters in freely applied slip.
